Join us for a celebration of food and fun hosted by the talented culinary professionals of The Grand Del Mar.

This ongoing series of monthly, two-hour cooking classes highlights cuisine and personalities direct from the resort’s kitchens and wine cellars.

  • Meet our charming chefs at a welcome cocktail reception.
  • Displaying their expert artistry, the chefs demonstrate dishes and techniques as you learn, interact and of course, taste.
  • Select classes also feature wine pairings and tastings with Wine Director Jesse Rodriguez - credited with creating Addison's highly lauded wine list.
  • Bring home recipes and tips for re-creating the dishes in your own kitchen.
