Four Sparkling Pools
Bask in the warm Southern California sunshine by one of The Grand Del Mar resort’s four heated pools. Vanishing edges, underwater speakers, private cabanas and a friendly outdoor Pool Bar, featuring flat-screen televisions and cool cocktails, are just a few of the highlights.
Poolside, serving light fare and refreshments, a children’s pool with wading area, white sand seating areas and glowing fire pits complete the experience at the main Resort Pool, while the Relaxation Pool is a quiet, adult-only retreat located adjacent to The Spa and ideal for swimming or lounging after a soothing spa treatment.
Tennis Program
Two pro-style tennis courts sit on the perimeter of the resort with a grand tennis pavilion perched above the nature preserve for shaded viewing of play. Private instruction, seasonal weekly tennis clinics and racquets are also available.
Fitness Center & Classes
State-of-the-art exercise facilities and complimentary fitness classes, from yoga to Pilates, in the Movement Studio allow you to maintain your healthy lifestyle even while on vacation.
The resort’s expansive Fitness Center features the latest in exercise technology, including Life Fitness treadmills with personal viewing stations, as well as a range of exercise bikes, a Summit trainer, and a comprehensive lineup of weight machines, free weights, stretching devices and exercise balls. Personal trainers are also available by appointment.
